Hand #256 Snack Artist
mid morning snack at my desk, hot green tea along with roasted pistachios. Just about to toss out the pistachio shells, when suddenly, I became inspired by the story on the back of the bag... "Snack Artist" ... nudging me to see the possibilities... not too much time on my "hands" today, I had to act quickly

Hand #55 Powerhouse
Time for my mid-morning snack, a hand full of almonds. In a hurry, I reached into the 3 pound bag and tipped it over. There was only one thing to do... make a hand! I love almonds....nature's nutrient powerhouse!
