Look what I ran into...... Howdy Hands!
Capturing these photos was a bit of work...I spotted them between mile 4 and 5, so I was well into my pace...clipping along, focused and intent on getting a good time. I had to slow down, keep pace behind them, unzip my pouch, take out cell phone, remove sun glasses so I could see to operate my iPhone, pull up camera App and snap photo, all while running behind them. These two photos shaved some time off my run, but I did not care. I was elated to run up on these "hands" on the run ... making this race extra special :)
